In 1975, Russell Metz Sr., a native of Iva, South Carolina, recognized a growing need for portable storage facilities. Today, this family-owned business is still offering the same high quality, affordably priced storage buildings envisioned by it founder.

From the beginning, the Metz Family has been committed to quality craftsmanship and superior customer service. The family tradition continues today through the company's dedicated leadership that includes three generations of the Metz Family.

Our manufacturing facility is located in the Upstate of South Carolina; our small, family-oriented operations allow us to move quickly based on the current market needs.
